Villa Big Ben : Our luxury rental villa ‘Villa Big Ben’, which is located in the Akbel area of Kalkan and offers a unique view of Kalkan, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Our rental villa with a sea view, where you will feel very special and peaceful during your stay, has a modern and stylish design. In our rental villa with an infinity pool, you can spend pleasant and fun times with your family and accumulate beautiful memories. Our rental villa with a jacuzzi in one room has table tennis, table football and table tennis. All of the furniture used in our rental villa near the sea is of first class quality. There is ‘Villa Casa Mila’ right next to our rental villa with a sauna, where all the details are considered for you to have a perfect holiday. Villa Big Ben, our rental villa close to the centre, has an alarm and camera system. 

Lounge: The large and spacious living room of our villa has a seating group, LCD TV, dining table, wireless modem, satellite, coffee table, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. There is a direct exit from the lounge to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a built-in 4-burner hob, built-in oven, microwave oven, dining table, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, glassware, dinner set, cutlery, washing machine, pans, pots and other cooking equipment.

Deposit Payments :  The Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss, loss, or broken items in the villa. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount. 

Entrance and Exit Information :  In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. You must leave your room on time for our special cleaning team to carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16.00.

Transportation :  Due to the distance of our villas to the city centre, public transport service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airways, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our Sales Consultants share location information and directions for our guests travelling by private car.

Location : Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilised (soil) roads during access to the villas. In addition, within the scope of our villas outside the centre, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when found in the village.
