Villa Aura G, our villa with nature and sea views, is located in the Kalamar area of ​​Kalkan. Villa Aura G has 5 bedrooms and accommodates up to 10 guests. It is also accessible and has an elevator providing easy access to the other floors. Its location is quite convenient and provides easy access to the city center. It is within walking distance of shops and grocery stores. Boasting a spacious garden and pool terrace, Villa Aura G offers its valued guests a variety of amenities. The pool and garden terrace feature a seating area, sun loungers, parasols, and swings. With its sea views, you can explore Kalkan's unique colors all day long. Kitchen: The modern American-style kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and dinnerware, along with a wide range of kitchen appliances.

Living Room: The very comfortable living room features a luxurious seating area, along with amenities such as a TV, coffee table, and air conditioning. It also has access to the pool terrace.

Deposit Payments: The Damage Deposit is collected before check-in and refunded upon departure. According to the deposit refund policy, the villa must be free of damage, loss, missing, or broken items during its stay. Payments can be made in US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros, based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our dedicated cleaning team can meticulously prepare the villas for other guests. Villas are ready for arrival at 4:00 PM for new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city centre, public transportation is not available. Guests wishing to rent a car or pay a transfer can contact our Sales Consultants for assistance. For guests travelling by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our Sales Consultants can provide location information and directions for guests travelling by car.

Location: Due to our region's geographical location, our settlements are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas involves steep roads and stabilised (dirt) paths. Furthermore, while staying in villages, you may encounter natural surprises (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.) in our villas located outside the city centre.
