Villa Koybal is a rental villa with 1 bedroom and accommodation for 2 people located in Kalkan Islamlar region. Completed in 2014, the villa is very useful with its modern design and spacious living areas. There is a jacuzzi in the bedroom. Villa Koybal offers its guests a luxury holiday experience with its panoramic nature view.

Lounge: It has a simple and stylishly designed lounge. This simple design lounge has a seating group, air conditioning, TV and coffee table. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Deposit Payments:  Damage Deposit is taken before the entrance to the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount. 

Entrance and Exit Information:  In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. You must leave your room on time for our special cleaning team to carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16.00.

Transportation:  Due to the distance of our villas from the city centre, public transport service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can request support from our Sales Consultants. For our guests who prefer airways, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our Sales Consultants share location information and directions for our guests travelling by private car.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilised (soil) roads during access to the villas. In addition, within the scope of our villas outside the centre, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when found in the village.

Bedroom: The double suite bedroom has air conditioning, a jacuzzi, an indoor pool, a bedside table, an armchair, a wardrobe, a bathroom and a washbasin and there is a passage from the bedroom to the poolside.
