Kitchen: The bright and spacious American kitchen is fully designed and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, dominated by green tones, has a comfortable and luxurious seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Deposit Payments: The Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and returned when leaving. According to the Deposit Refund Conditions, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New Guest Check-in Time is 16:00 and Check-out Time is 10:00 in the morning for each villa. You need to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Public transportation service cannot be provided due to the distance of our villas to the city centre. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can request support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who provide transportation by private vehicle.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements positioned on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hilly roads and stabilised (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when you are in the villages within the scope of our villas outside the centre.
