Villa Suel; It is one of our villas located in the Kalkan Kızıltaş Area. As stated in the pictures, the villas are in three rows and three columns and one villa is built in a way that does not block the magnificent view of the other villas. Thus, the villas have a magnificent view of Kalkan. Our villa, which has a capacity of 2 people, has 1 bedroom and an en-suite bathroom in each room. Our villa has a luxurious and comfortable living room with an open kitchen, modern and comfortable facilities for use. The sheltered design of our villa's private swimming pool is especially beneficial for the satisfaction of our honeymoon couples and conservative families. Kalkan is a settlement area built on a hillside due to its geographical structure.

Deposit Payments: Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and returned when leaving. According to the Deposit Refund Conditions, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during usage. We can make your payment in US dollars, British pounds, and/or euros based on current exchange rates that are equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New Guest Check-in Time is 16:00 and Check-out Time is 10:00 in the morning for each villa. You need to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas of our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city centre, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements positioned on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hilly roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when you are in the villages within the scope of our villas outside the centre.
