Villa Ozay : Villa Özay, located in Kalkan Islamlar region, has 3 bedrooms with a capacity of 6 people. Located in nature, our villa is suitable for conservative families and groups of friends. Our villa has a sheltered private swimming pool, garden area, barbecue, table tennis and sea view. With its unique nature and sea view, you can sip your coffee and tea away from the noise of the city and relieve the tiredness of the year.

NOTE: There is a generator in our villa.

Lounge: Modern stylish seating group, television, coffee table, exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, hob, toaster, microwave oven, kettle, pots, plates, cutlery, etc. equipment is available.

Deposit Payments :  Damage Deposit is taken before the entrance to the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss, loss, or broken items in the villa. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount. 

Entrance and Exit Information :  In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. You must leave your room on time for our special cleaning team to carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16.00.

Transportation :  Due to the distance of our villas from the city centre, public transport service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can request support from our Sales Consultants. For our guests who prefer airways, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our Sales Consultants share location information and directions for our guests travelling by private car.

Location : Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilised (soil) roads during access to the villas. In addition, within the scope of our villas outside the centre, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when found in the village.
