Villa Kalbim : Starting from the idea of offering a comfortable life in nature, Villa Kalbim, which stands out with its modern structure and concept, away from the traditional structure poured into the project, is located in Kalkan's Islamlar Village. Our villa, which has just been put into service, has one bedroom and can accommodate two people. While having a pleasant time on the pool terrace, you can enjoy the view, which is painted with a thousand shades of green. In addition, considering the comfort of our guests, applications that will eliminate the seasonal problem such as a sauna and indoor pool are also included. Villa Kalbim is waiting for you guests who want to spend a quiet holiday away from the eyes in all its splendor.

Pool heating is subject to an extra charge. It is 5.000 TL per week. You must specify your heating request when booking.

NOTE : There is a generator in our villa. 

NOTE : For stays under 7 nights, an extra 2.000 TL cleaning fee is requested.

Lounge : The air-conditioned lounge has a TV, satellite receiver, modern seating group, iron. There is an exit from the lounge to the poolside.

Kitchen : Modern American kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, electric kettle (kettle), oven, 4-stove, 4-person dinner set, microwave, spoon and fork set, pot and pan set and glasses.

Deposit Payments :  Damage Deposit is taken before the entrance to the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss, loss, or broken items in the villa. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount. 

Entrance and Exit Information :  In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time for our special cleaning team to carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16.00.

Transportation :  Due to the distance of our villas from the city centre, public transport service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can request support from our Sales Consultants. For our guests who prefer airways, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our Sales Consultants share location information and directions for our guests travelling by private car.

Location : Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilised (soil) roads during access to the villas. In addition, within the scope of our villas outside the centre, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when found in the village.
