Villa Çalıkuşu is a rental villa with 5 bedrooms and a unique sea view with a capacity of 10 people located in the Kalamar region of Kalkan, one of the most distinguished towns of Antalya. Villa Çalıkuşu, which attracts attention with its luxurious and modern architecture and its view, is an ideal villa for large families and groups of friends. In the large garden of our villa with a view, there is a pool, sun loungers, parasols, a sitting corner, a dining table where you can have dinner with your loved ones accompanied by the sunset and a barbecue area. Our villa has a jacuzzi, where magnificent shades of white and blue dominate. At the same time, you can sunbathe and enjoy the jacuzzi on the terrace floor, where you can witness the sea view closely and integrate with nature.

Kitchen: As in our other villas, this villa has an American-style kitchen. This kitchen has all kinds of kitchenware to easily cook your meals. The American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, Turkish and filter coffee machine, dining table, dinner set, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: Designed with the most modern furniture for your comfort, the bright and spacious living room has amenities such as a seating group, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. There is also an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

Deposit Payments: The Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the conditions of return of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. We can make your payment in US dollars, British pounds and/or euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 and the check-out time is determined as 10:00 in the morning. You need to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests at 16:00 ready.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city centre, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can request support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements positioned on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hilly roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when you are in the villages within the scope of our villas located outside the centre.
