Villa Dionysus is a 2-minute walk from the centre of Kalkan, where you can feel yourself by the sea, a short walk from the beach and the streets of Kalkan with shopping opportunities, luxuriously built, comfortable and stylishly decorated Villa Dionysus is waiting for you for your unforgettable holiday. This villa, where you can enjoy the sunset on the large terrace, offers accommodation for families and groups of 8 people with 4 spacious and comfortable suite bedrooms.

Lounge: The spacious lounge with a sea view has a seating group, plasma TV, satellite receiver, iron and ironing board, dining table, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen : In the American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, 4-burner hob, toaster, dinner set, kitchen utensils and a pull-out to the pool terrace.

Deposit Payments :  Damage Deposit is taken before the entrance to the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss, loss, or broken items in the villa. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount. 

Entrance and Exit Information :  In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. You must leave your room on time for our special cleaning team to carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16.00.

Transportation :  Due to the distance of our villas from the city centre, public transport service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can request support from our Sales Consultants. For our guests who prefer airways, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our Sales Consultants share location information and directions for our guests travelling by private car.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hilly roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when our villas outside the centre are located in the villages.
