Villa Ada is located in the Kalkan Kalamar Region, which attracts attention with its luxurious and modern architecture, our villa has 4 bedrooms and accommodation capacity for 8 people. Thanks to its central location, it is close to the beach, market, restaurants and entertainment venues. Each villa has a private swimming pool, table tennis, pool table, pool table, sports equipment and jacuzzi. A partial sea view and garden terrace is one of our rental villas designed for you to spend quality time with crowded family and friend groups.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen designed with highly technological kitchen equipment, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, oven, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, island kitchen, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Lounge: In the living room there is an air conditioning satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, children's bed, child seat, washbasin. The lounge is on the pool floor. On the top floor, there is a very large viewing terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. This area also has a seating group, table and chairs.

Deposit Payments:  Damage Deposit is taken before the entrance to the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss, loss, or broken items in the villa. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount. 

Entrance and Exit Information:  In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. You must leave your room on time for our special cleaning team to carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16.00.

Transportation:  Due to the distance of our villas from the city centre, public transport service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can request support from our Sales Consultants. For our guests who prefer airways, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our Sales Consultants share location information and directions for our guests travelling by private car.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilised (soil) roads during access to the villas. In addition, within the scope of our villas outside the centre, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when found in the village.
